EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY offers a solid exchange and return program to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on detailing your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your email. This offer excludes all sale items. It concerns only the deliveries in Asia.

Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged and/or the tags or packaging has been removed. In these cases the items will be returned to you. 

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase less any transaction or delivery fees chargeable.

Where you notify us of a return between 7 – 15 days of purchase a store exchange will be possible but not refund.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs and transaction fee costs (such as Paypal fees) including the return of the items to us. In the case where free delivery was offered on the original order, an additional $50 delivery fee may be payable to and which may be deducted from the refund amount. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange. Only when no exchange product can be found will a refund be offered. Pretty Little Names's decision is final.

Items and brands excluded from the refund and exchange policy: All furniture items and all sale items. 

In the event your ordered item is out of stock we will offer you an immediate refund and notify you. 



The below delivery schedules apply to items that are in stock, within deliverable dimensions and weight under 20kg (only for Thailand) otherwise 1kg for the rest of the world. For items that are on order such as furniture, we will contact you to arrange delivery as free delivery and assembly does not apply.

We offer DELIVERY SERVICE to Thailand within 3 days via Thailand Post, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. 

The delivery service is free on orders over 200$.

For orders below 200$, a 10$ to 20$ delivery charge is applicable:

If you live in Bangkok why not collect your purchase in the center near Sathorn? Collection in person is available and subject to confirmation by us that your order is ready to collect in the showroom. Orders not paid for and collected within 48 hours may be cancelled if we cannot reach you to confirm your order.

Important Notice 

If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout

If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements

If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

We may use a third party delivery company to deliver your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.



International delivery on selected products is offered worldwide.

International deliveries are sent using Thailand Post. Please visit

for cost and delivery times of each service for SpeedPost or Airmail services. Postage is charged at cost, calculated by weight and destination. We will contact you to confirm the postage costs and final order then your items will be dispatched after payment is received. Once items are dispatched you will be sent a tracking number. Important Information about International Deliveries

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country 

You agree to indemnify Pretty Little Names for any and all costs, fees and expenses incurred by Pretty Little Names as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.
